Six offers and three packages. We name the final price after the first conversation, and it is in the proposal before we start.
The price is fixed before we start and covers one site. If you commission Nova Run or Nova Change within six months of the report being handed over, we credit half the fee against it.

A changeover has an end, so there is no monthly fee. The price follows the number of processes we automate and how many systems have to be connected for them. We name it after the first conversation, before any work begins. What runs afterward is yours to operate, or we take it on with Nova Run.
The price depends on the size of the environment, the scope of monitoring and how far the response should run automatically. Individual pieces of work, such as a penetration test, are billed separately.
The price follows how many applications run through the gateway and which models you use.
The one-off amount includes the machine, built and commissioned, with a local model running on it. Larger models need larger hardware, and the price rises with it. The yearly amount covers maintenance, model upkeep and updates.

The hardware is passed through at cost and is exempt from the package discount; a reduction on it would be a loss. The package is costed for a company of up to 50 employees: that is what sets how many systems are run, how many documents are processed and how many agents work on top.
Every figure here is an entry price. What moves it is stated with the offer itself: how many systems and sites there are, the hours we are available, how much of the work should run automatically. The assessment is the exception: its price is fixed before it begins. Inside a package the offers it contains cost twelve per cent less than on their own.
